Turns out that guys in different states are not all like the mass of Idiots we get in Southern California. Meaning that when a man actually likes you, he asks you out for an old fashioned Cup of Joe, or comes to your work, and revisits the place you work at just to see you even if he already has had his breakfast. No games, No fear, Ergo the masses we receive in Bulk here in Southern California. Where game playing to many other men in many different states, Take Texas for example is a foreign language, It is for most of "So-Cal's" male inhabitants (Who are truthfully following the "Straight Persuasion,) An actual "Sport". Even then it is so hard to tell who is straight or not given the amount of metro sexual men engulfing the streets nowadays(Thanks A lot Zac Efron). This coming from a 23 year old girl from Southern California. So, Boys from SoCal... Whats with the Role reversal trend that has become so prominent in the Southern California Area? I'am finding more and more that the girly little games that I pulled in High School are coming out in 20-26 Year old's in this area. Whats with the Estrogen Trips? Something in the water maybe...? Eating too many Yams this Year...? Soy Milk getting the best of you...? Also, The non stop media pressing and pressing for Straight guys to use tighter pants and more gel in his hair than his girlfriend is a tad odd considering that most of the male men throwing out these suggestions in Men's magazines are gay themselves. This regular occurring trend is starting to freak me out because it is getting harder and harder to distinguish between the Gay Man and The Straight Man. With the waxing of the eyebrows and the self manicures, are you getting ready to go and see a Boy George Concert? It isn't cute for guys to pretend that they are gay especially around a girl who likes straight men, nor is it cute to say, "like" after every other word. To be honest it's a little nauseating... So Cal boys it seems as though they are all afraid to be honest, and actually enjoy acting like they are 10 years old. I never really noticed it until I actually left the area and went to a different state and saw for myself the difference between the boys I'am used to and then Men I would come to love. So even though I had removed those sparkling rose colored Disney glasses that blinded me from the truth and the reality between the men I have been surrounded with my whole life, I was actually surprised when a real man from a different State showed me that it was more than okay to put them back on. So don't fret, ladies of the So Cal area, there is hope, because Cow Boys and Chivalrous men that we used to see in the movies are still out there. Rugged, Manly, Protective, Honest, No game playing men.

~Signed, I only date guys from other States.
